What is a Shuttering Magnetic Box

Precast concrete needs a formwork system to complete various shapes. Shuttering magnet is most used to change various structural concrete components to match clients' designs. Shuttering magnets are fast and stable to fix plates on the formwork pallets. This item is assembled with three main components a a magnetic block, a steel house, and a button. A lever tool needs to be used for releasing the magnetic power when you want to remove or re-fix the shuttering magnet from the formwork table.

1) Iron shell: Q235A carbon steel is generally used. Compared with stainless steel, the magnetic flux produced is better and the cost is low. The anti-rust treatment of the iron shell includes spray painting and blackening treatment. Spray painting is easy to scratch and fall off; usually blackening treatment is better. Blackening is a common means of chemical surface treatment. The principle is to produce a layer of oxide film on the metal surface to isolate the air and achieve the purpose of rust prevention. Blackening treatment can be used when the appearance requirements are not high. The surface blackening treatment of steel parts is also called bluing.
2) Stainless steel shell: The price is more expensive than the iron shell, but because the iron shell is prone to rust after a period of use, people's preference for stainless steel is becoming more and more obvious.
