Why Is The Quality Of Our Shuttering Magnet Better Than Others?

High Quality & Reliable Structure
At GME, we use higher-specification, higher-strength screw components for our Shuttering Magnets to ensure a robust and reliable structure. We maintain strict tolerance control over the gaps between the magnets to minimize the seepage of concrete grout into them. We meticulously manage every detail of the process to ensure our products maintain stable performance even under high-frequency, long-term construction conditions.
Enhanced Core–Switch Contact Design
We've added a stainless steel pad between the magnetic core and the magnetic switch, significantly increasing the contact area. This structural upgrade effectively distributes force, ensuring the magnetic core remains stable and in contact with the switch during pressing, opening, and closing operations, fundamentally preventing misalignment caused by unevenness or stress on the magnetic core.
The larger contact area not only improves operational smoothness but also ensures the integrity of magnetic force transmission. When the magnetic core remains stable and flat, the magnetic force can act more fully on the bottom steel mold, preventing attenuation of the attraction force due to poor contact.

Efficiency leap, Precision, and stability
Concrete itself is highly abrasive and corrosive; its sand and gravel particles, alkaline components, and prolonged dampness can all cause significant damage to the formwork magnets. To address this severe challenge, we implemented a systematic anti-corrosion treatment for the magnet components. All critical metal parts are treated with corrosion-resistant coatings or surface treatments to enhance their stability under harsh conditions.
Core Flatness Strictly Controlled
To ensure core flatness, GME rigorously controls every step of the production process. During the flattening step, the stainless steel locking screws inside the magnetic block are tightened using a calibrated standard torque wrench. We preset the torque value according to process requirements; the tool automatically stops working once the set torque is reached, ensuring that the force on each screw is completely consistent.
This uniform and precise torque control effectively guarantees the stability of the internal structure of the magnetic block, avoiding internal stress imbalances caused by inconsistent tightness, thereby improving the flatness and overall consistency of the magnetic core.

Maintenance of the Shuttering Magnet

1
Keep the mold workbench clean. Clean the workbench after demolding, and apply a layer of waste machine oil on the workbench if possible

2
When using the magnetic box, try to use a rubber hammer to knock down the switch pressure head. Prolonged use of a hammer will damage the internal structure of the magnetic box, resulting in reduced use time.

3
When the magnetic box presses the mold, the bottom of the magnetic box shell and the mold table should remain completely attached.

4
After the magnetic box is used, it should be cleaned and placed uniformly on a stainless steel cart to keep it clean and ready for the next use.
Summary:
When the magnetic box is not used for a long time, anti-rust oil should be applied after cleaning to prevent the magnet block from rusting and reduce the magnetic box's holding force. The ambient temperature when the magnetic box is in use and stored should not exceed 70°C, and there should be no corrosive media present around it. Recommendation: The curing kiln temperature is 55℃, and the humidity is ≥90%.

FAQ
Q: Can you explain the process of using magnets in precast wall manufacturing?
A: Magnets are used to quickly position and secure formwork on the steel casting table during precast wall production. Workers place shuttering magnets at the required locations, activate them to lock the side forms in place, then pour and vibrate the concrete. After the concrete cures, the magnets are switched off to release the formwork for easy removal. This system speeds up setup, improves accuracy, and reduces manual labor and damage to the casting table.
Q: How do precast concrete magnets improve the efficiency of wall production?
A: Precast concrete magnets speed up wall production by allowing formwork to be positioned and removed much faster than traditional bolting or welding methods. Magnets securely lock side forms to the steel table within seconds, reducing setup time and improving accuracy. They also minimize labor, prevent damage to casting beds, and allow quick adjustments for openings like doors and windows. Overall, magnets create a cleaner, faster, and more flexible production process.
