U-profile Magnetic Shuttering System U60

• This formwork system consists of a formwork profile (steel Q235) with an integrated magnetic tension mechanism, which can be used in different formworks. It is especially suitable for the production of flagrant, respectively double walls and lattice girder ceilings.

• By means of the tension mechanism, the profile is pulled to the bottom of the shuttering, so that the exact edge of the manufactured item is managed. Sincer the system is one unit, measuring mistakes is not possible. The easy and quick handling increases the work safety. Using the corresponding lever, the system can be taken off and removed easily from the bottom of the shuttering.

• By means of the separated arrangement of tension mechanism and handle-knob, and tension mechanism and shuttering, the forces acting on the formwork and on the magnet during the concrete process are absorbed.

• The built-in tension elements are placed in a safe position so that the formwork system is less sensitive to soiling.

• GME Formwork System assembled by high-performance, powerful neodymium magnets inserted (900KG) and a U steel profile (3mm and 4mm), two parts unbreakably welded together.

• No concrete can get into the profile.
