Single Head Connector Box Loop
GME fixed embedded connection system consists of various embedded coils, wire rope connection boxes, and other related accessories. This is a safe, simple, and very effective system for joining prefabricated concrete components. AII-embedded coils are made of high-quality materials and are marked with specifications. For each batch, GME will inspect our products as needed and check for possible tolerances and deviations. GME connection systems can be designed and manufactured to specific requirements.
Wire Loop Boxes are available in two versions, one Single Version & one Double Version including single & double wire rope loops respectively to ensure strength in the connection.
The Wire Loop Box will need to be fixed to the formwork and the flexible folded wires will need to be pulled out to make a connection when ready on site. The load will be transferred from one concrete panel to the other panel via the wire rope loop. Strength Galvanized Steel Wire Rope with 6 mm will need to be crimped by using compression sleeves / Ferrule to form a loop at one end & to transfer a load axially through another end. The load is transferred from one concrete panel to the other panel via the wire rope loop.
Single Head Connector Box Loop
The connecting buckle is made of high-strength steel wire rope and protected by a galvanized box and tape. The box is easy to install into the formwork of the concrete member, and the wire rope is pulled out of the box to form two adjacent wallboard connections before the concrete is poured. Mainly used for double-sided laminated shear walls, solid walls, sandwich insulation wall panels, etc. Available in single and double models.

Application of Single Head Connector Box Loop
Wire Rope Loop Boxes are steel parts consisting of a high-strength steel wire and a steel box. The wire loop is a flexible wire rope bent to loop and held together by a compression sleeve. The loop may be used e.g. to tie concrete wall elements to the building frame with ribbed steel bars installed through the wire rope loop. Our wire rope loop boxes are straightforward to use on-site, with proven no-tool tear-off tape that releases the flexible loops.
How to Use Wire Loop Boxes?
In precast factory
Connecting Loops are fixed to the formwork with nails. The common way is to make a plywood strip, which forms the recess shape to the wall panel end. Then nailed with correct spacing to this reusable
plywood strip. When the concrete has hardened and formwork is removed, protective tapes can be removed, and loops opened for example with a hammer. Due to the patented structure of the wire, loops will remain in an open horizontal position.
