3.Product feature and application

Safety introduction

1.All flat panel slats must be installed in accordance with the safe use guidelines.

2.Flat panel lifting is only for temporary use and cannot be used for permanent fastening purposes.

3.All technical data provided must be considered to ensure safe use.The T-bar is a consumable and cannot be used repeatedly (repeated lifting visits during lifting and transportation, not considered re-use)

Conditions that cannot be used, such as incorrect installation, or damage to parts, corrosion, visible deformation, etc.No one should stand underneath the concrete members during lifting and transport.

4.The GME flat spreader consists of a shackle and a spreader head that can move freely in any direction.The spreader head in each load group is adapted to the matching rubber mold and firmly clamps the head that matches the spreader.

5.The flat bar spreader clearly shows the use of tonnage and model. The use of the flat bar spreader in combination with the attached lifting plate must be checked twice a year by a professional. If there is any jam or deformation of the hook or the spreader head, it means at least.

4.Prodection details

1.The Gme T-Rod spreader is a lifting device for lifting and transporting prefabricated concrete units with hoisting. Its head has the function of flexible rotation and can be reused many times.

There is an identification mark on each of the T-bar spreaders to display the load group.

2.Each T-bar spreader is individually tested and has a breaking load greater than a 5:1 safety factor.According to experience, if it is used continuously according to regulations and different frequency of use, the T-bar spreader will reach the life priority after 2-5 years. If the spreader is used for more than one year, it must be carefully checked every time. For more than 2 years of continuous use, it is recommended to replace the new spreader.It is strictly forbidden to modify and handle the T-bar spreader, especially the welding operation.
