1. Steel Magnetic Anchor Former:

Steel magnetic anchor former with rubber ring. Of course, the most commonly used Recess Forms are because they are easy to use, quick to install and have a long lifespan. They are typically used in applications that require demolding Remove the groove former. Magnetic steel groove formers are magnetically attached to the steel formwork. The foot and Reed eye anchors are held in the groove by a special split rubber ring that is placed around the anchor shaft, just below the anchor head and then wedged into the mouth of the in-place groove former. Once the pour is complete and the concrete is fully cured, the magnetic steel groove formers are easily disassembled using magnetic force, either automatically or manually. Simply remove the ring from under the anchor head and the prefab unit is ready to be lifted. Thoroughly clean the steel groove former immediately afterwards. Remove and apply mold release oil before each use. The former uses a special rubber ring. A rubber ring (appropriate size) is installed just below the anchor head and then "wedged" into the mouth of the front notch, holding the anchor in place. The reusable rubber ring is simply removed from the anchor shaft after the groove former is removed.
