Flat Stress Anchor

The shape of the anchor head is flat, and the distribution of prestressed tendons is generally horizontal and parallel. BM-type prestressed flat anchor is suitable for 12.7mm, 15.2mm, and 17.8mm strands. It overcomes the shortcomings of excessive concentration of prestress in group anchors and large dimensions in two directions. The prestress distribution is more reasonable and the anchor head thickness can be thinner. It is usually used for arch bending moments such as horizontal prestressing of buildings, bridge floors, and supported continuous beams.

1. Wide application range: It can anchor prestressed steel strands with a standard strength of 1570Mpa-2000Mpa and diameters of 8mm, 9mm, 11mm, 12.7mm, 15.2mm, and 18mm and high-strength steel wires with a standard strength of 1570Mpa-1670Mpa and diameters of 5mm and 7mm.
