These lifting anchor former magnet are very durable, can be used multiple times, and include very strong magnets embedded in the base as an integral unit. A separate magnetic plate is not required. When the concrete is poured, the magnetic members will stay firmly in place. They are made of highly durable polyurethane and have an internal force-resistant material that prevents these products from breaking in two at the point of bending. Steel Recess Former Magnet is ideally designed for fixing lifting anchors on the side mould, instead of traditional rubber recess former screwing. The semi-sphere shape and the centre srew hole make it easy to take off from the concrete panel when demoulding. We have filled 1.3T, 2.5T, 5.0T, and 10T types for different sizes of lifting anchors. Additional rubber seals are also necessary to hold the anchor securely in the magnet hole in front of the groove.
