Description:

This steel body is turned from solid material and fitted with a high-performance magnetic system, providing a high-powered magnet for locating precast head foot anchors in steel moulds.

The Magnetic Recess Former metal is used  for fixing round anchors in steel precast concrete panel, supported by high powerful permanence magnets.  They are suitable in Capstan lifting anchors from 1.3t to 10.0t and even 20.0t or 30.ot for customers requirements.

These hemispherical magnetic recess formers are co-used with anchors. We have D60mm(50KGS) for 1.3t anchor, D74mm(100KGS) for 2.5t, D94mm(120KGS) for 5.0t and D118mm(190KGS) for 10t anchor.

Two versions (six small disc magnets and one big ring magnet) are available.

The standard surface treatment is Zinc plating.

 All magnetic formers are zinc plated for corrosion resistance or made with rubber coating.Also plastic magnetic recess former could be avaiable for us for several colors and shape. 

Magnetic Recess Former Instructions

When casting is complete and the concrete cured sufficiently, the magnetic steel recess former is easily removed utilizing the magnetic force automatically or manually. Simply remove the rubber ring from under the anchor head and the precast unit is ready to lift.

Thoroughly clean the Precast Concrete Ball-head Lifting Anchor Magnets immediately after removal and apply mould release oil before each use.
