How Do I Use Polypropylene Twisted Fiber In Concrete?

Dosage: For applications requiring high crack resistance and enhancement, a dosage of no less than 2.6 kg per cubic meter of concrete is recommended. For applications requiring moderate crack resistance and enhancement, a mixture of 0.7 kg-0.9 kg of twisted fiber and 0.4 kg-0.6 kg of mesh fiber per cubic meter of concrete will yield better results.
Mixing Process: First, add the aggregate and fiber, then add the sand and cementitious material, and mix thoroughly. Alternatively, the fiber can be added directly along with the aggregate and sand, with a slightly longer mixing time to ensure complete fiber dispersion.
