Wire Loop Box Connector Box Loop Description:

Wire Rope Loop Boxes manufactured by GME are steel parts consisting of a high-strength steel wire and a steel box. The wire loop is a flexible wire rope bent to loop and held together by a compression sleeve. The loop may be used e.g. to tie concrete wall elements to the building frame with ribbed steel bars installed through the wire rope loop. Our wire rope loop boxes are straightforward to use on-site, with proven no-tool tear-off tape that releases the flexible loops.
They can transmit forces in all three directions on the joint and consist of a solid steel box suitable for building applications, including a folded, flexible wire rope connecting ring. Wall joints can be manufactured cost-effectively, easily, and safely.
Connecting Loop consists of a recess box that anchors itself to a concrete well thanks to its stepped side form, and a wire, which together with the box forms a load-bearing structure.

 

The wire rope loop box is available in 3 versions, Single, Double, and Multi-version including single, double, and multi-wire rope loops respectively to ensure strength in the connection. Highly efficient products are available for both precast and cast-in-situ structures. It is mainly used to connect slabs, walls, and columns.
