In recent years, with the strong support of the state and industry authorities, the prefabricated building has made rapid progress. Through the early design and planning of prefabricated architecture, two structures, heat preservation, doors and windows, exterior wall decoration and so on can be assembled into prefabricated components in prefabricated assembly design, which greatly reduces site construction and second operations, and solves the quality problems of a lot of cast-in-place buildings.
At the same time, because of the rapid development of industry, less skilled workers and unripe industrial matching, there are three common problems in the production of PC components at present, which should be paid attention to:
1. Structural quality : such common quality problems may affect structural safety .It is among important quality defects.
2. Size deviation : this kind of quality problems may not necessarily cause structural defects, but may affect the building function and construction efficiency;
3. Outside looking : this kind of quality quality has no great influence on the structure and building, and it is a minor quality defect. But in the project with higher outside looking requirements (such as clean water concrete project), this kind of problem will become the main problem. At the same time, the inherent quality problems under outside looking should not be ignored.
