Material

(1) Magnet: Magnet is the core raw material of the shuttering magnet (magnet box). It has two main properties that are crucial:
1) Remanence Br: After the ferromagnetic material is magnetized and the magnetic field is removed, the remaining magnetization strength on the magnetized ferromagnet directly affects the suction of the magnet box. The higher the magnet performance, the greater the Br.

2) Intrinsic coercivity Hcj: Intrinsic coercivity is a major indicator of the ability of permanent magnet materials to resist external reverse magnetic fields or other demagnetization effects to maintain their original magnetization state. It directly affects the attenuation of magnet performance due to external environments (such as reverse magnetic fields, high temperatures, etc.). The greater the Hcj, the stronger the anti-attenuation ability.

The performance parameters of GME magnet materials meet the requirements of GB/T 13560-2017 "Sintered NdFeB Permanent Magnet Materials". Among them: N35 performance Hcj is not less than 12KOe, Br is not less than 12.1KGs; N50 performance Hcj is not less than 13.9KOe, Br is not less than 12.1KGs.

(2) Shell: The iron shell is made of high-strength steel plate, which is more than 1.5 times stronger than ordinary Q235 steel plate. The thickness is uniform and the error is within 3%.

Improved magnetic box suction: The suction of the magnetic box is not only affected by the performance of the magnet, but also depends on the flatness of the contact surface between the magnetic core and the mold table. To ensure this, the surface of the magnetic core will be processed by a precision grinder before leaving the factory to ensure that the flatness reaches more than 0.01mm. However, in long-term use, the connection between the magnetic switch and the middle part of the magnetic core may cause the middle part of the magnetic core to be uneven with other parts, affecting the suction. GME magnetic box expands the contact area by adding stainless steel pads between the magnetic core and the magnetic switch, effectively preventing the internal unevenness of the magnetic core, thereby maintaining the suction of the shuttering magnetic.

Enhanced shell strength: A reinforcement plate is added to the front end of the shell to resist deformation caused by external force impact. 6mm thick steel plate reinforcement ribs are used inside to enhance the structural strength of the shell. All accessories are connected by snaps to improve the connection strength. The strength of the welds in key parts is also strengthened to extend the service life of the shell.
