2. 3. Site preparation: Arrange the component yard and vehicle transport lanes reasonably according to the site conditions, review the load of the yard and transport lanes, and reinforce the floor slabs in areas that do not meet the load requirements.
4. Technical preparation: study the relevant national and local technical regulations, be familiar with the PC deepening design drawings, and use BIM technology to prepare the construction organization design, hoisting plan, edge protection plan, and safety technical disclosure of the prefabricated structure.
5. Mechanical preparation: Before installation and construction, the hoisting capacity of the hoisting equipment should be reviewed. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the current industry standard "Safety Technical Regulations for the Use of Construction Machinery" (JGJ33), check and review the hoisting equipment and spreaders in safe operation, and verify whether the site environment, weather, road conditions, etc. meet the requirements of hoisting construction; protection system Construction and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the construction plan.
6. Labor allocation: choose an experienced hoisting unit, and provide corresponding training guidance to hoisting laborers.
7. Model area construction: For projects with conditions, it is recommended to arrange a construction model display area, and be familiar with the hoisting process and node construction technology in advance.
