Product Introduction of Lifting Clutches

Ancon lifting clutch is designed for lifting and transporting precast concrete walls etc. The lifting clutches body has three parts, bail, bail loop, and lifting head. The bail will hold the other lifting rope, the bail loop links the bail and lifting head, the lifting head will hold the anchor pin to lift the whole precast concrete wall etc.
The Universal-Head Lifting Clutch is an attachment link for the lifting and transporting of precast concrete units in combination with the Spherical-Head Lifting anchor. The Universal-Head Lifting Clutch is a manually operated link, manufactured in the versions given in the following table. The allowable loads for the individual cases can be taken from the tables in the following table. Accident prevention regulations of the country of use must always be observed, especially those for cranes and lifting equipment.
Lifting clutches are used for lifting and handling head anchors. The lifting clutch is manufactured of high alloy steel and tested according to safety factors 3 times the working load.
The construction ensures the clutch self-lock when applying upward forces ensures a tight and safe connection to the spherical head lifting anchor.
