1. Describe:

Tech Erection Anchor with Plate is designed for horizontal to vertical edge lighting and processing of thin wall precast elements. Universal transport anchor designed to tilt panels from horizontal to vertical position Anchor is used in construction for bi-directional rotation of prefabricated thin-walled units. The anchor head has holes for connecting the anchor rod of the lifting eye. Additional holes in the anchor are used for additional reinforcement. The anchor head is designed to prevent load transfer to the concrete top surface. Tension bars are often required to achieve higher tension capacities. Available in 2.5T, 5T and 10T capacities.

3. Application:

Erection anchor for connecting structural or non-structural parts. Thin-walled concrete elements are lifted from a horizontal position to a vertical position.

This mounting anchor combines the advantages of extended anchors, double hole anchors and inclined anchors, but requires only a very small groove in the prefabricated element. Thanks to the specially shaped anchor head, the hoisting clutch rests on the anchor instead of the concrete when loaded laterally. Pitch loads are reacted by anchors, avoiding concrete spalling.
