Surface Anti-Rust Treatment of Cast in Channels

Hot-dip galvanizing: immerse channel steel in 460 °C high-temperature zinc solution. Channel steel generally uses this method for rust prevention. Galvanized layer ≥ 50 μm. For the treatment, in the Chinese market, there are three grades of surface treatment, as below:
