PRECAST CONCRETE PRE-BURIED MAGNETIC FIXING
The pre-embedded fixed magnet is designed and manufactured to fix the grouting hose of the grouting sleeve. The product can be used repeatedly for a long time, saving cost, convenient use and simple operation. Once the fixture is positioned, due to the super-strong magnetic adsorption, it can effectively avoid looseness, accurate positioning and ensure component quality.
The fixed magnetic seat has a diameter of 40 mm, a thickness of 6 mm and a suction force of 15 kg, which is very helpful for the positioning of the plastic hose in the precast concrete process. Since the magnetic base is very thin and we have internal threads on the bottom, it is easy to remove the magnetic base from the concrete with a simple tool.
