China's bulk cement industry began in the 1950s, and this century has entered the peak period of promotion, and has become an important part of the energy-saving business. Because it is concentrated mixing, it can strictly control the quality and mix ratio of raw materials online, and can ensure the quality requirements of concrete; it requires good workability of the mixture, that is, high fluidity, small loss of slump, no bleeding, no segregation, Good pumpability; economical, low cost, high performance and price ratio.

First, it saves a lot of resources and energy. Each use of 10,000 tons of bulk cement can save 60 tons of packaging paper, while producing 60 tons of paper requires at least 3.3 million cubic meters of high-quality wood, electricity 72,000 degrees, 78 tons of coal, 22 tons of caustic soda, and four tons of cotton yarn.

The second is to save considerable packaging costs, greatly reduce the cost of cement production, circulation and packaging. The packaging cost of bagged cement accounts for 20% of the cement production cost, accounting for 1/6 of the sales price. Users can reduce the construction cost by using bulk cement.

The third is to reduce cement loss. The bagged cement must be unloaded at least three times from the factory to the use.

In the case of paper bag breakage and residue in the paper bag, the cement loss is more than 5%. Bulk cement is sealed and dust-free for loading, unloading, storage and transportation, and the cement loss is below 0.5%.

The fourth is to ensure the quality of cement. After three months of storage of the bagged cement, the strength loss is 15-20% due to heat and moisture, and the strength loss in 6 months is 20-30%. After a period of storage, the early strength of the bagged cement is reduced to 70-80% of the cement. Bulk cement is placed in the warehouse or in the container. The outside temperature and temperature have little effect on it, so it can be stored for a long time without reducing the strength. Experiments have shown that the bulk cement stored in a relatively sealed warehouse or container for 13 months does not change in quality.

The fifth is to greatly improve working conditions and reduce environmental pollution. From the factory to the use of bagged cement, it must be transported several times. During the process of loading, transporting, unloading, moving and smashing, the labor intensity is extremely high and the dust is flying. The bulk cement is dust-free loading and unloading, mechanized sealing and storage, improving working conditions, purifying the environment and ensuring the health of workers.

The sixth is to reduce the storage space. A 30-ton bulk cement silo covers only about 5 square meters and can be relocated with the needs of the project. And a 30-ton bagged cement yard, covering an area of 15 square meters, can not be relocated. If commercial concrete is used, it will occupy almost no space.

Seven is able to work all day. Bulk cement loading and unloading and transportation are almost unaffected by the weather, and can be operated around the clock to ensure the progress of the project, while bagged cement is difficult to transport in rainy and snowy days.
