The precast concrete formwork shuttering magnetic is mainly made of high-performance permanent magnet material, which generates a strong holding force in the magnetic circuit. With the help of the iron box to strengthen and shield the magnetic force of the internal magnetic block, the magnetic block is in a working or closed state without an external power supply. When the magnetic box is working, the holding surface at the bottom of the magnetic block fits tightly on the precast concrete production platform and is firmly held; when the magnetic block is pried up with a lever, most of the magnetic force is shielded by the iron box, and the magnetic force at the bottom is greatly reduced. The magnetic box can be easily moved away from the platform by hand. Therefore, the magnetic box is no longer old-fashioned and immutable. Now the magnetic box is more diversified.
Operation Tips For Template Shuttering Magnetic:
(1) There is a switch pressure head on the magnetic shuttering. Place the magnetic box on the platform and press the pressure head. The magnetic box firmly holds the platform and is working; use a lever to pry up the pressure head. The suction between the magnetic box and the platform is greatly reduced. The magnetic box is in a closed state and can be moved.

(2) Environmental conditions for the use of a strong magnetic template fixed shuttering magnet:
1. The ambient temperature is not greater than 80 degrees Celsius.
2. The surrounding medium does not contain corrosive agents that corrode metals.
(3) There are two shuttering screws at both ends of the magnetic box, which can be connected to different clamps to fix side molds of different shapes and structures, such as angle steel, channel steel side molds, etc.
(4) This fixed magnetic box uses permanent strong magnets. Under the premise of not exceeding the maximum working temperature and not damaging the rusted magnet itself, the magnetic force can be maintained permanently in theory.
(5) The thickness and surface flatness of the platform will affect the suction between the magnetic shuttering and the platform. The thicker the platform and the smoother the surface, the greater the suction and the lateral shear force is related to the suction of the magnetic box and the friction coefficient of the contact surface.
