Clean, or the release agent is unevenly brushed, and the retarder is not dry; the finished prefabricated components are not properly protected during transportation, storage, and transportation, and are damaged by external forces or heavy objects.
3. Component cracks
The main reasons for component cracks are that the concrete strength does not reach the design strength and premature lifting; the protection measures of the components are not standardized during the stacking and transportation; .
4. Component honeycomb, hole, hemp surface
The main reasons for the formation of honeycombs, holes, and pockmarked surfaces of components are that the concrete is not compacted, and the vibration leakage causes the honeycomb pockmarked surface; the surface of the formwork is not cleaned or the formwork is not fully coated with release agent; the concrete is not mixed uniformly, causing the cohesion and flow of the concrete. The performance is not good; the free fall height of the concrete is large when it is put into the mold, or the concrete is not poured in layers, resulting in segregation and the appearance of honeycomb pits.
