1. Laser cutting

According to customer requirements or drawings for design, split parts and parts drawings and expanded after input laser cutting machine laser cutting, edge die material using high strength cold forming hot rolled automotive structural steel plate.
2, bending

The laser cut materials, according to the parts drawings using high-speed numerical control electro-hydraulic bending machine bending into the required Angle.
3, welding

Weld the laser cut and bent parts together according to the product drawing. The Siegmund flexible welding platform was used to secure and clamp the side dies, and the parts were welded together using a carbon dioxide shield weld. The clamps were removed after the workpieces cooled to reduce welding deformation.
4, test correction
The welded edge mold is tested on the platform for straightness, flatness and other items, and the edge mold with large welding deformation is corrected.
5, milling plane

According to the product drawings, the bottom of the side die is milled by the gantry milling machine.
6, detection

The size, Angle, flatness, straightness and other items of the milling edge die are tested.
