Precast concrete embedded parts

The embedded parts (pre-embedded parts) are the pre-installed (buried) components in the concealed works. They are the structural parts that are placed during the structural pouring, and are used for the lap joints when laying the upper structure. In order to facilitate the installation and fixing of external engineering equipment foundations, the embedded parts are mostly made of metal, such as steel or cast iron, and non-metallic rigid materials such as wood and plastic.

Uses: Used for lap joints when laying the superstructure

Representative: steel, cast iron, etc.

Type: embedded parts, pre-embedded tubes, pre-embedded bolts

Material: mostly metal, magnetic material

Type difference

Embedded parts

A member made of a steel plate and an anchoring rib is provided in the structure for connecting the structural member or the non-structural member for fixed use. For example, the connecting parts for fixing the post-process (such as doors, windows, curtain walls, water pipes, gas pipes, etc.). This is a lot of joints between the concrete structure and the steel structure.

Pre-embedded tube

A tube (usually a cast iron pipe or a PVC pipe) is used in the structure to pass through the pipe or to leave a hole for the equipment to serve. For example, in the later stages of wearing various pipelines (such as strong and weak electricity, water, gas, etc.). Commonly used for reserved holes in pipes on concrete wall beams.

Embedded bolt

In the structure, the bolts are pre-buried in the structure at one time, and the bolts and bolts left in the upper part are used to fix the components, which are used for connection and fixing. It is common for equipment to reserve bolts. Pre-consolidation of the magnetic base for lifting, after the completion of the precast concrete, the pre-made concrete wall, precast concrete column and other products can be lifted by using the reserved screw holes in the reserved embedded parts. ,installation. Once placed in place, the embedded part can be rotated out of the precast concrete.

The embedded magnet is mainly used for fixing embedded parts, pre-buried pipes, etc. in the production process of precast concrete components, replacing traditional glue and bolt fixing, improving production efficiency, avoiding punching on the platform, and improving the reuse rate of the platform. It can be used with the embedded parts of M12, M14, M16, M20, M24 and other screws.

The pre-embedded fixed magnets are specifically designed to leave a variety of switch holes and pipe holes for the production of precast concrete members. The product can be used repeatedly for a long time, saving cost, convenient use and simple operation. Once the holder is positioned, due to the strong magnetic adsorption, it can effectively avoid slipping and loosening, thereby improving construction efficiency.

The fixed magnet has a diameter of 50 mm and a thickness of 10 mm. It is equipped with an M16 screw and can be screwed directly into the sleeve. The suction force is about 60 kg. The hexagonal screw on the bottom surface facilitates the rotation of the magnet from the concrete wall panel.
