What Is A Magnetic Chamfer?

Magnetic Chamfer strips are used to create chamfers during the precast concrete process. When using side forms without chamfers, if chamfers are required, chamfer magnetic strips can be used flexibly. The chamfering strip has high strength, does not slip, and is not easily deformed. It is embedded with strong magnets such as ammonium iron boron, and can be accurately positioned at any position of the bottom mold or side mold. The chamfering strip can be reused, saving costs, and is extremely effective in actual production and use. Great convenience.
 

According To The Material Of The Product, Magnetic Chamfer Can Be Divided Into Three Types:

1) Rubber Magnetic Chamfer (Most Flexible)

Rubber Magnetic chamfer is available in 5x5mm, 8x8mm, 10x10mm, 15x15mm.

2) Steel Magnetic Chamfer (Strongest) is made of C1018 cold-rolled steel and a strong neodymium magnet fitted and sealed with epoxy material to ensure no damage from concrete or maximum reuse.

Steel Magnetic Chamfers are available in 10x10mm, 15x15mm, 20x20mm, and 25x25mm.

3). Magnetic Urethane Chamfer (Flexible And Strong)
