1. Description of Long Short Wavy Tail Anchor:

Refractory anchors, as the name suggests, are used to holding installed refractory products to the shell of the item being lined. We offer an extensive range of high-quality standard and custom-made refractory anchor products for a variety of linings and lining depths.  refractory anchor is a wire formed, die stamped, roll threaded, and welded into a variety of anchoring products for castable monolithic, abrasion resistant, and ceramic fiber refractory linings.We keep large stocks of various high-temperature alloys like 304, 310, 330, 321, 316, Inconel 601, 625, and MA253 in shapes such as round bars, flat bars, plates, and round wire so we can confidently offer you short delivery times

Wavy tail anchors are suitable for transporting very thin-walled prefabricated components such as thin walls, flat panels and so on. Even prefabricated masonry wall components can be transported with such wavy tail anchors. The wavy tail can be used with plastic nail plates or magnetic mounting plates to provide a well-made groove that can be made in the field.

2. Specification of Tail Anchor:

Wavy Tails can be used in conjunction with Plastic Nailing Plates or Magnetic Holding Plates to provide a recess that can be made good on site. Plastic Stopper Caps are also available to protect threads from weathering. There are two standard lengths of re-bar tail available, both anchors are designed for axial and angled lifts of <90o and the long anchors also permit the turning of units with the correct reinforcement.
